Dr Huw Jenkins

Senior Associate

Huw has practised in the field of Intellectual Property since 2011, working primarily in the life sciences sector. Huw has wide experience of European patent prosecution, and patent applications in the UK, US and worldwide.

Huw has also been involved in opposition proceedings before the Opposition Division and Boards of Appeal at the EPO. Huw has experience in freedom to operate searching and the preparation of infringement opinions. Following a First Class degree from the University of Coventry and a PhD in Plant Development from the University of Oxford, Huw practices across a range of subject matter, particularly in relation to biotechnology and molecular biology.
