Role Highlights:

Responsibilities:

Drafting and prosecuting patent applications, demonstrating increasing autonomy and expertise.
Conducting complex patent searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, and infringement assessments.
Providing clear and strategic advice to clients on a range of patent-related matters.
Assisting with contentious proceedings and advisory work as required.
Managing client portfolios and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Supporting with tender applications, contributing to business development initiatives

Candidate Profile:

Part Qualified Patent Attorney with demonstrable experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
A strong academic background, with a first-class or upper second-class honours degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
A proven track record of handling patent matters in relevant technical fields.
Excellent understanding of patent law and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
A proactive and client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
