Part-Qualified Patent Attorney: (Physics/Engineering)

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications, demonstrating increasing autonomy and expertise.
- Conducting complex patent searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, and infringement assessments.
- Providing clear and strategic advice to clients on a range of patent-related matters.
- Assisting with contentious proceedings and advisory work as required.
- Managing client portfolios and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Supporting with tender applications, contributing to business development initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Part Qualified Patent Attorney with demonstrable experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
- A strong academic background, with a first-class or upper second-class honours degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
- A proven track record of handling patent matters in relevant technical fields.
- Excellent understanding of patent law and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
